Meet Mrs. Rosemary

Rosemary Whitehead is a native of St. Louis who grew up in the inner city. She is the second oldest of seven children, raised by a single parent. It was her involvement, as a youth, in programs offered by the Urban League of Greater St. Louis and reading that inspired her to achieve success.

In 1984, in spite of all odds, she became an Entrepreneur. She has established several businesses, including a Real Estate company, a Tenant Screening/Counseling Service, a Residential Care Facility, an In-Home Health Care Service, a Medicare Home health Agency, and an Adult Care Center, (a social, day program for elderly and adults with disabilities). 

In addition, she founded a Community Outreach Program where she empowered youths through building character and other community project, i.e. feeding the homeless, voter registration, food drives and many fun activities. Her mantra comes from the scripture, "It is not good enough to love in words, but in action and in deed",

She is a wife and mother, committed to sharing her life experiences to enrich the lives of others, by encouraging them to become the best that they can be, which is why she has recently established an on-line business teaching "personal financial development" to building wealth.

Rosemary currently invests in commercial and residential properties. Her commercial property at 1000 St. Cyr Road, located in Bellefontaine Neighbors, in which she operates her beautiful event venue, DelRose Place. The name is a combination of her name and her husband, Waddell.

She welcome individuals who would like to use this venue for their community involvement project.
